Next month they are replacing the tanks and also replacing the pumps. My concern is that when the lease expires they will increase the rent substantially - to  the point where i will loose money.  As it is with current gas prices my sale has been going down.<br /><br />How do I ensure that they do not increase the rent too much and is there any legal recourse I have?<br /><br />thanks<br />Jay]]>
